What an amazing decade i have had with God, Glory be to God, It has been amazing journey with the Lord, I have had ups and downs, highs and lows, success and failure... In all these, just one thing I can testify in undeniable manner that "The LORD is GOD; The LORD alone is GOD" 1kings 18:38.


Shynama and I are very grateful to the Lord for His faithfulness to us! He has been a Father to us in all these years. 
we also want to Thank for all our friends, who constantly pray for us, stand with us and just being there for us in our walk with the Lord in missions.


Here is our commitment "As long as we live - we will serve the Lord - we will not stop proclaiming who our GOD is to the NATIONS "

NEWSLETTER

Dear Friends,

  Greetings from chennai. Shynama and I hope and trust that all is well with you.

Our sincere apology for the delay in sending our newsletter, infact this is the second newsletter we are sending out this year. We do know that you have been praying for us regularly, We Thank you for your friendship.

We had a great school this year, all of our students graduated and most of them have gone into missions, 2 from DTS and 2 from School of worship have joined us.

What has happened?

Well, lot has happened, let me just write to very briefly., we had an opportunity to lead the school of worship outreach to Kolkata, Kalimpong(Bhutan base), Nepal (Kathmandu, Pokara, Dadeldura), Delhi and Coimbatore for 2 months, we did 7 seminars on worship – we ministered to 600+ students through these seminars,

Highlights

1.         Twice The Spirit of the Lord fell on us when we begin to intercede for the nation (once for Bhutan and other time for Nepal), It was a great encounter that we had with the Lord, Literally we felt the Heart Beat of the FATHER for HIS people in Bhutan and Nepal, we felt like the experience of acts 2. Later on we found out that it was exactly the day of Pentecost that we were experiencing the same. We were amazed. Glory to God

2.         We saw the great openness and brokenness in Nepal, There are around 60 to 70 guys responded to the call of the Lord for missions. We commissioned them as a team, blessed them, spoke the word of the Lord over them and charged them to go into missions. Some have joined the DTS already. Glory to God

3.         Laid the foundation for the launch of our school of worship in Nepal.

What is happening?

Currently Shynama is leading the Ministry Leadership Development School (MLDS) at beach center; we have got 15 students from 10 different ywam bases in India.

As for me I have been teaching in different DTS’s and the leadership school, In last 2 months I have taught for 4 weeks, also had an opportunity to speak in DTS Foundational workshop on Friend raising and support raising. I also did a 9 session workshop in MLDS on Building and maintaining your support team. I have been asked and sent to promote our trainings to the needed base in ywam, so far I have gone to Shillong and Dimapur to teach and also to promote.

Next 3 months I will be travelling a lot, and also be preparing the ground for the upcoming school of worship in Jan’11.

What we believe will happen in near future? (our vision and mission for the season) 

If God will, we will be attending SOW DNA conference to align ourselves with the core values of why and what the Lord has called us to do in and through the school of worship.

Our upcoming school will begin in Jan’11, we are praying about taking our school of worship outreach team to Nepal again to continue our work there. Eventually pioneer the sow in Nepal (partnering with the local base in Nepal)

Also be travelling to teach on worship, mentoring and leadership, Building a support team for the ywamers (last 4 years I have been helping the staff at beach center on my own initiative and now the Lord has been giving opportunity to pass this on to other ywamers in India)

WE are celebrating our 4 years of marriage and 9 years with Ywam...  God has been faithful to us.

Our Vision for 2010 and our involvement in 2010.... to Take the Flame Forward with YWAM

School of worship – WISE Outreach

    Last 2 years, we have been seeking the Lord to pioneer the school of worship in NEPAL, we felt that this year is the right time for us to launch out.... and so, we are taking our school of worship outreach team to nepal in April.  I (Ebi) will be leading the outreach to 5 different places in India and Nepal.

Here are the place where we will be doing our outreach

1. Kalimpong – Westbengal - India (1week)

2. kathmandu, - Nepal (10 days)

3. pokhara – Nepal (1 week)

4. Dadeldura – Nepal (20 days)

5. Delhi the captial city of India, (1 week)

6. Coimbatore - (1 week)

OUR VISION: WISE (Worship, Intercession, Spiritual Warfare and Evangelism) To Declare and Proclaim God's Sovereign Rule over Kalimpong,Kathmandu, Pokhara, Dadeldura, Delhi and Coimbatore Through "WISE" 

We purpose to see the vision fulfilled through worship seminar(Teaching them on biblical basis of Worship in SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH, worship leaders training (Heart and the Art of worship), Praise walk - going to strategic stronghold places and intercede for the people of the Land and by doing Movements in worship, intercession and prophetic act.

 We will also be conducting 2 week seminar in Daldeldura as a part of pioneering the school in the base. (I will soon send you the details with the dates).

June to December’10 –

On 25^th of June – If God will – we will be doing a worship concert in the city along with the sow and Beach center.

July to October, Shynama will be leading the Ministry Leadership Development School (MLDS) and I will be part of MLDS and also I will be visiting some of the DTS’s in India to promote our SOW and MLDS, There is going to be lots of travel this year!

I will also be involved in training worshipers and musicians at my local church – our Goal is to rise up a band for the Tamil worship service by this year.

Personally Speaking, we do have a vision for our personal lives.

We would like to ask you to stand with us as we trust God for a miracle. We have been married for 4 years now, we desire to have a baby, as you know, Shynama had a miscarriage 2 years ago; the reports from doctors are negative. We are believing God for a miracle, God has been faithful to us by giving us hope through His word from different Man of God, we have had lots of prophecies in this regard, Word of the Lord for us in this season is “I have heard your cry and I will wipe away your tears”, “you will see the Glory of God”. 

Finally, We would request you to pray and bless us that God would use us for His Glory, If you have a word for us, please do not hesitate to write to us, that will be a blessing! First time I will be away for 2 months as I lead the sow outreach to India and Nepal. Please do write to shynama  when I m away, I’m sure she will be blessed!

CELEBRATING 9 YEARS IN SERVING GOD WITH YWAM

Celebrarting 9 years of God's Faithfulness in missions with youth with a mission.
When I look back , I am overwhelmed by God’s faithfulness and favour in my life. God has really helped us serve Him in various capacities from runner, shopping work to pioneering and leading the school of worship and continuing to grow in Him…

Would like to share My journey in YWAM since 29 Jan' 2001

The HISTORY follows...

I joined ywam on 29^th January 2001, did DTS and Ministry Leadership School (MLDS) in the same year .

2002 – My first responsibility was to do shopping and runner for office. Later I was released to lead worship at beach center (My First time leading worship in english, Got involved in coffee house ministry. Shynama joined ywam in this year.
2003 – I was released to mentor DTS students, For the first time I was  released to teach in Discipleship Training School on worship.

2004 – I was part of school of worship pioneering team, we pioneered our first mini school of worship in October’2004 (3 week seminar)

2005 – I was part of school of worship (3 months) I was doing the school and I was also staffing in that school. I found my beloved in this year.
2006 – I got married to shynama on 17^th jan’06, we were staffing in Ministry leadership development school (MLDS), God has promoted us to be a part of beach center’s Leadership team.

2007 –In JAN’07 I was released to Lead the School of worship along with cheryl, we had the privilege of leading the school of worship outreach to north eastern part of India (Mizoram) our first outreach to North east India. We did 2 days worship seminar in Aizwal – mizoram. 2007 july we worked in Mlds.

2008 – In JAN’08 I had the privilege to lead the school of worship again. I had the privilege to lead the outreach to the key stronghold temples, cities in south India, we went to tirupati,coimbatore,conoor,trissur,trivandrum,nagercoil, we also did 3 days seminar in trisur and trivandrum. In July we were part of MLDS again. This year I was released to teach in MLDS on vision and pioneering.

2009 – God had given us the privilege of leading the school of worship again, shynama and I lead the SOW outreach to Hyderabad, Delhi and Chandrapur for 2 months, we did 5 worship seminars in those cities,we were really blessed to train worshipers in our nation and challenge the young to grow and make an impact in this nation....

2010 -  God has given us the vision to pioneer school of worship in NEPAL, so currently i am leading the school of worship at Ywam Beach center, In april, I will be leading the school of worship outreach for 2 months to Kalimpong in west bengal, kathmandu, pokhara and dadeldura in Nepal. very excited to see what going to do through us. Amen

Our involvement in our Local church.

2001 I found this church HARVEST CHRISTIAN ASSEMBLY

(Harvest Apostolic Ministries)  I started off by helping them play music in worship.

2001 to 2003 I helped them in music,

Since 2004 I have been released to lead worship in the same church,

2008 I have been given the privilege to be the in charge person for my church worship team, and to train musicians for the church…

2009 As a part of soul winning we as a church did a worship concert, I was given the privilege of leading the worship team.

2010 God has given me the privilege of serving the local church by leading a Tamil and English worship team ( we have 18 youngsters in the creative team), we will be doing a Gospel concert "Annukragam" which means "GRACE" in tamil on 3rd April as part of Harvest event for our church growth.  In September or October the church is praying about  going on mission trip- to do worship and finance seminars in different local churches - details will be added later...

My pastor also has given us the privilege to preach in English church few times.

We Thank you for your friendship and your support for us all these years. Do pray for us as we grow in the Lord to make a greater impact in India in coming days.

UPTADED NEWS

Last 2 months have been a busiest months for us, where we have seen God move powerfully in and through our lives.
We Thank each one of you who have prayed for us, let me briefly share what we have been involved in last 2 months.

1. We praise God for His Grace to send out 3 teams for outreach from our DTS to Tamilnadu and Andrapradesh

2. We praise God for His Grace to conduct 1 week seminar on Friend Raising (we had 30 delegates from different ywam ministries from chennai and tamilnadu)

3. I (Ebi) was involved in a Tamil Worship concert with my local church. which is the first of its kind in tamil from our church. We praise God for the opportunity to serve in our local church.

4. We praise God for the privilege to attend Base Leaders Training at Delhi, we had our international chairman Lynn Green speak to us for a week, it was very refreshing for us. Great time meeting with all other base leaders from south asia region.

5. We had our ywam south india conference at Transworld Radio retreat center for 3 days, where we had commissioning of different ministries, recognizing of New Leaders. we were given the opportunity to lead worship in the conference. we were really blessed to see what God is doing in our mission. we had 4 guest speakers for the conference.( Richie, Dan Bushy, Sankar and Jochan Tewes) The word of the Lord was very strong, clear and very prophetic. we believe This is the word of the Lord for this season for our lives.

6. We praise God for the opportunity to minister to 1000 plus college students at women's christian college on 2nd Dec. we led worhsip, movements in worship and sharing the gospel to these students and the professors.

Praise Be to God for His Grace and Strength to worship Him and to serve Him in all that we do. Amen.
